Reason 50

The natural wildlife to see in Pacifica:

I just read in the Pacifica Tribune, about a full- grown healthy male mountain lion, that was spotted in a Vallemar backyard last Friday, ...... I also read that 2 days earlier, a 2-3 year old female mountain lion, about 80-90 lbs, healthy and well fed, was struck by a vehicle, on the north side of Highway 1, near the Manor Drive exit. I wonder if that male mountain lion was out looking it's mate?

Because of our expansive hills and natural wildlife refuges, Pacifica is a great place to see alot of wild animals. We also have red-tailed hawks, black tailed deer, great horned owls, falcons, turkey vultures, coyotes, bobcats, raccons, skunks, the red-legged frog, and the famous San Francisco Garter snake.

Where in California, can you find all this ..... and still be close to San Francisco?
